Please note that you need to pay return shipping and duties yourself. We will, however, cover the cost of shipping out replacement goods.
In the unlikely event that we sent you faulty goods or the wrong product, we will be happy to cover your return shipping costs.

We understand that waiting for new stuff can be annoying, especially if the first item you order doesn’t fit! Which is why we highly recommend that if you are unsure of sizing, buy two items in different sizes and ship back the item that does not fit. That way you aren’t stuck waiting for your new stuff.

If an order arrives to you with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery.
If you have accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please save all packaging material and paperwork for the order if shipping damage is a possible issue. If you dispose of packaging material you jeopardise our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.
