There are just so many benefits to be had from toe separators it’s hard to know where to begin!

Take a look in barefoot groups on social media and you’ll find plenty of people who’ve had success with toe spacers for improving the alignment of toes. With consistent use over time, this usually results in permanent improvements in the alignment of the toes, reduced pain, stronger foot arch muscles, improved circulation, and improved balance.

These silicone toe spacers are soft and comfortable enough to be worn all day while you’re barefoot, in slippers, in shoes, and even inside sports shoes whilst exercising. You can even customise them during your barefoot journey, cutting the end portions for toes that are particularly deviated, or adding a little stuffing in the holes provided for greater separation.

Choosing the Right Size
Our toe spacers usually fit the following shoe sizes:

S – EU 37-40 / UK 4.5-6.5 / US W 6.5-9 / US M 5-7.5
M – EU 40-44 / UK 7-9.5 / US W 9-12 / US M 7.5-10.5
L – EU 45-47 / UK 10-12 / US W 12.5-14.5 / US M 11-13

There is some overlap between sizes, depending on foot shape. Take a look at the size chart (which can be accessed by the size chart tab above) to help you figure out which size will fit your feet.

For people who are unsure of which size to buy, we recommend buying two pairs in different sizes and trying them at home to decide which is the best fit. Return the second pair clean and undamaged in its original packaging and we’ll issue a full refund for that pair.

Tips – be careful when putting silicone toe spacers on and off – the silicone is soft and can tear if you are not gentle. We cannot offer refunds for damaged goods even if they are the wrong size.

Daily Use
Once you have the right size toe separators, you can start wearing them on a daily basis. If you are new to toe separators, make sure to work up to a full day slowly. Try 15 minutes the first day, and gradually add a little more time each day. Sudden changes in your routine are likely to cause unpleasant symptoms. Restoring foot function takes time, so there’s no point in trying to rush the process.

Please note that toe spacers should be worn with barefoot shoes to allow toes to spread into a natural position and avoid discomfort.

Be aware that these toe separators sometimes develop small cracks over time, which does not necessarily affect the way they function (it depends foot to foot!).
